“People like my parents’ age have such shame about needing therapy or feeling anxiety, the stigma around saying that you need help is something that frustrates me because sometimes people can be like, ‘No, I don’t need that, I just need free time’, or whatever. Obviously that’s valid, but just because you’re in therapy doesn’t mean something is more wrong with you than other people".

Hi Anne! Thanks for submitting. Although this is a very positive take from Camila, it’s not political. I would say a political topic concerns government action or at the very least the organization of society in some level. What Camila says about mental health doesn’t imply anything about how we should organize as a society, she isn’t saying whether mental health should be a public health issue or not, for example.
