In an interview with Vogue, when asked "How do we educate our children, boys and girls, to feminism?", Angelina Jolie said
Strong and diverse female role models. I’ve just been involved in a film, The Breadwinner, about a young girl who has to dress as a boy in order to work and feed her family. As happens in many countries where women aren’t free. My children find that an amazing story of courage. And some of the people they most admire are women who’ve lived through conflict or overcome adversity or devoted themselves to science and exploration. They happen to be women but that is not what defines them.
